I just wanted to take a minute to tell you what a great job this company does with
customer service. I haven't found any internet-based service that does a better job.
You are responsive, quick, and knowledgable. When I am dealing with other internet-
based support (such as DSL or an ISP) I find myself wondering why they don't learn a
few lessons from you!

Thanks so much.......... everything is working fine now. I've had accounts with DataRealm since 1994 or 95...back when they only had a couple hundred

You folks do good work. You do it promptly and professionally and when there's a problem or glitch, you don't cover it up...you come right out and say what it is and how you fixed
it. As a web developer and a manager, I know that in our line of work too many times your boss only hears when you've screwed up and not when you routinely do your work well. I
go years with your service and never have a question or request, and then suddenly I have a couple of things that I need with quick turnaround...and I get it. You all respond quickly,
with good information...you never talk down to me as your customer and always explain what's going on...even if it's a glitch or error on your part, you don't gloss it over or tell a
mis-truth...you come right out and say what's happened and what the solution was. Your responses are always well-written with grammar and spelling as they should be (often overlooked
by computer-ish folks). So, please forward this to whomever the Big Cheese is over there at DataRealm so they know that the following folks I've dealt with in the last week or so
